Office development

The brief was to create a new modern business park for Wexford town which resulted in 2 no buildings;

Phase 1, single storey.
Phase 2, 4 storey office building from ground to penthouse level.

The design of the new building is a reinstated palette of modern forms used to interpret the simple, clean style to meet the client’s aspirations. However varied the new building is and at times it conflicts with the existing style, but it has resulted in a building which accurately reflects the values and aspiration of the council in relation to new modern street scape of Wexford town and it makes a very strong and positive statement of the Council’s focus on the future of Wexford town. It is a fusion of modern and traditional. The finishes are of simple cement fiber cladding.

The new finishes give an improved setting and a more aesthetically pleasing appearance appropriate to a building situated off an important access road of Wexford town.
