Tender Process: Full tender management, appointment of main contracts and contract administration or part service tailored for domestic self-build projects.
Construction Supervision and Certification: Periodic inspection of construction, issue interim certs of payment for banks and full compliance certification on completion.
Assigned Certifier: As RIAI Registered Architects we can act as assigned certifier under the Building control Regulations (BCAR)
Health & Safety: RIAI practice with PSDP Accreditation.
Conservation: RIAI practice accredited in conservation Grade 3.
